Value-added service for Wire ropes:
- Supervision of erection / installation processes by our expert team towards handling and ‘run-in’ of ropes before full load operations to obtain optimum rope service life
- Long splicing to join the haulage ropes to form endless loop as the tucking points are the most vulnerable sections for optimum performance
- Socketing at site or preferably at our plant (for testing before despatch) for connecting the end fitments with the ropes
- Technical surveillance of the existing rope installations to determine the actual conditions of ropes and allied components. This includes non-destructive testing of ropes using magnetography and allied components like anchors, pulleys, etc.
Value-added service for Aluminium wire rods and conductors:
- Ensuring low stock holding due to short production & shipment time
- Consignment stock holding by prior arrangement
- Medium / long term fixed price contract option based on committed monthly volume, subject to terms and conditions
